Privacy policy

full name or company name to be completed, currently known under the pseudonym « MrTony », publisher of FindMyMoney.

• Account: email and password (the password is never stored in plain text).
• Profile: the company name entered at sign-up.
• Data entered in the application: your clients (name, email) and your invoices (amount, dates, notes), which you add manually or import via CSV.
• The payments you record against your invoices and your reminder history.
• The invoice PDF, if you upload one (private storage, accessible only to you).
• An Ollama API key, if you provide one (encrypted, never shown in plain text).

Only to provide the service: display your dashboard, work out the status of your invoices, and generate AI-written reminders that you review and send yourself. No data is sold or used for advertising purposes.

• Supabase: database hosting, account authentication and invoice PDF storage.
• Ollama Cloud (beta) or Anthropic (Claude) (paying customers): generation of the reminder text from the invoice's details.
• Resend: sending the reminder emails you approve.
• Stripe: payment processing, once a paid subscription is active.
• Vercel: hosting of the website and the application.

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. It is immediately and permanently deleted when you delete your account from the Settings page of the application, including your Ollama API key. The hosting provider's technical backups are cleared as they rotate. Stripe keeps billing data beyond the deletion of your account, for its own legal and accounting obligations.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the use of your data. Access and portability (an export of all your data as a JSON file) as well as erasure (permanent account deletion) are available directly from the Settings page of the application. For any other request: contact email address to be completed. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

The website only uses strictly necessary cookies: keeping you signed in (via Supabase) and remembering the language you chose. No audience-measurement or advertising cookie is used at this time.
